Contract Support/Contract Team Lead

Your new role
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and enquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
* Log, prioritise, and track all service requests using CAFM system.
* Planning, schedueling, invoicingm raising PO's, organsing annual leave requests.
* Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to FM services (e.g., lighting, heating, IT connectivity).
* Lead a team of 6 (4 planners, 1 finance and 1 admin).
* Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams for further action.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and service requests.
* Update clients on the progress of their enquiries and ensure timely resolution.
* Provide general information about our FM services and answer client questions.
* Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and track completion.
* May be required to greet visitors, issue passes, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
* Working on a brand new contract, schedueling around 2,000 jobs per month.
What you'll need to succeed
* FM experience.
* Need to have overseen a team before.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
