Apple Recruitment are recruiting for an IT Contract Manager.

Job Purpose:

The IT Contract Manager will oversee all aspects of NIHEs IT Contracts.

Ensuring that contract management processes are aligned with the IT Service requirements of the organisation.

Ensuring that the IT Service & Contract Management processes are well defined, implemented and operated across the organisation.

Manage the Contract Management team and ensure that Contract Management input to projects is provided in line with project plan dates and to a high standard.

Job Description:

1. The IT Contract Manager will be responsible for development, management, administration and monitoring of all IT contractual records and ensure compliance with Housing Executive policy, practices and procedures.

2. Promote continuous service improvement by working with customers to improve service delivery.

3. Understand the contractual and commercial requirements of each IT Contract and work in collaboration with Corporate Procurement Department (CPU) on the development & management of contractual and commercial requirements for each new / existing IT contract.

4. The IT Contract Manager will work with relevant Service Owners to ensure high quality, cost effective services are provided while ensuring that robust IT contract management processes are followed.

5. Develop good working relationships with business teams and third parties in relation to delivery of all IT contracts.

6. Ensure attainment of high levels of customer satisfaction in delivery and achieving contractual SLA targets.

7. When required, ensure internal teams and third party suppliers take ownership of Service Requests, Incidents and Problems and act as a point of escalation. If required, be directly involved in resolving incidents when they arise and work closely with technology partners to help resolve complex issues in line with agreed SLAs.

8. Escalate / liaise with the relevant personnel with regard to all aspects of non-compliance.

9. Ensure that contract management input to the IT Work Programme / projects is provided in line with project plan dates and to a high standard.

10. Communication of expectations and responsibilities of all parties (users and providers) involved in contract management processes.

11. Asset management including:

* Hardware Asset Management

* Software Asset Management

1. Participate in regular IT Operations team Meetings as required.

2. Work on your own as well as providing support and guidance for others within the team to resolve problems.

Applicants must, by the closing date for applications, have:

1. Can demonstrate at least 2 years’ experience within the last 4 years in a role involving the management of complex/large scale contracts.

2. Can demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise-level technology.

3. Demonstrate experience in procurement and contract management systems and processes within a complex organization.

4. Demonstrate experience in all aspects of procurement processes including collaboration with the Procurement Department through the full procurement life-cycle.

5. Can demonstrate experience of managing a team including planning, prioritising and managing resources within a collaborative team-based environment.

6. A strong focus on customer service and a history of excellent client relations.

7. Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and the business.

8. Ability to manage own time and work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines

· Hourly Rate: Level 7 - £22.37 per hour, 37 hours per week

· Duration: Temporary
