Our client, a well-established and highly respected insurance company, are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual to join their fast-growing team. This position would suit a friendly and personable individual with good knowledge and experience in Personal Lines or Commercial insurance.
Position: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Harpenden
Salary: £30,000 p/a – £35,000 p/a
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:
You'll take charge of your own client portfolio, nurturing existing relationships and delivering a first class customer service.
* Account managing high value accounts
* Making regular contact with existing business and building strong client relationships
* Dealing with mid-term adjustments, renewals and cancellations
What we are looking for:
* Previous insurance experience is essential for this role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good negotiation, organisation, and customer service skills
* Organised with high attention to detail
