Location - Essex

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join one of our client who are a well established and growing Building Services, Mechanical Engineering organisation.

Responsible for working throughout Essex, London and Home Counties, ideally you'll be commutable to Essex.

Job Summary:

To oversee mechanical, commercial heating and HVAC projects from tender stage through to completion.
Taking whole responsibility for the project and quality of work - including management of employees, subcontractors, ensuring materials and equipment arrive on site on time and work is completed as per programme.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of projects.
Projects ranging in size from residential, design & build, commercial and industrial from several thousand pounds and up to around £2million in value.
Work split from office and out in the field, you'll need to comfortable working around Essex, London and Home Counties. Key Skills & Experience Required:

Good mechanical engineering background.
Relevant mechanical qualifications and experience.
Experience with commercial heating projects, plant rooms, heating and ventilation.
Strong project management / contracts management background and experience delivering high value projects.
