Salary - £45,000 - £53,000 per annum + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH

Full time frailty ANP position
Support with Face-to-face consultations
Brilliant development opportunities
Support in areas such as frailty, minor illness, injury, minor ailments and acute on the day appointments
See long term conditions and exacerbation of them
Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
Undergo patient triage and telephone consultations
