Electronics Inspector

My client is looking to recruit a candidate that has extensive experience in PCB inspection to join their team as an Electronics Inspector.
Duties:
As an Electronics Inspector you will be required to inspect all forms of electronic assemblies to include:
* Populated Surface Mount PCB's to component level.
* Populated Conventional PCB's to component level.
* Cable Assemblies and Harnesses.
* Unit Assemblies.
Full 1st off inspection for approval before production runs on all populated PCB assemblies, cables and units.
On occasion support the Surface Mount department with additional checks.
Pack goods for local and UK shipments
About you:
• You will have experience of inspecting cable forms, harnesses and unit assemblies as well as populated Surface Mount & conventional PCB assemblies to component level.
• Have experience of working within a manufacturing environment (some time spent in PCB production would be beneficial).
• Knowledge of AOI inspection would be advantageous but is not essential.
• You will have an extremely high level of accuracy.
• Be able to work efficiently within time given timescales.
• To be able to use fine tools and optical inspection equipment
• Be reliable, self-motivated, committed, methodical, organised & flexible.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Be able to carry out basic admin and recording processes for quality paperwork.
