Internal Sales Person

Based in Biggleswade, Ceema offer a range of services including mechanical / electrical and electronic design, prototype / production assembly and has it's own in house recruitment agency.

Main Purpose of the Job:
The Internal Sales Person acts as the first point of contact with the customer, portraying a professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service; to build and maintain an active customer base to support both the Engineering & Recruitment teams and develop new sales.

Main Duties:
Support the Engineering & Recruitment Teams and develop new sales.
Once familiar with the service offered, begin to be proactive on sales by implementing an agreed sales strategy.
Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers.
Pro-actively seek new business by targeting a combination of Ceema Technology Ltd and Ceema Recruitment Ltd.'s existing customer base and prospective customers.
Effectively deal with telephone enquiries requesting quotations for services.
Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary.
Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling on all incoming and outgoing calls.
Support on marketing and other sales initiatives (linkedin, social media, mailshots etc…).

Experience:
Sales or telesales experience.
Strong customer service background.
Experience of building relationships with customers.
Cross-discipline / team working.
Track record of understands how to reach and identify prospective customers.
Experience with online sales and marketing.
Knowledge of electronic or mechanical engineering desirable

Excellent telephone manner
Time management and personal organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
