SRG are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for a chemical manufacturing company who have opened a new vacancy within their team on an initial 3 month basis to be based at their office in Holbourn, Cambridge.

The Role:

This role is initially 25 hours to start (20 hours could be considered) in July which will be mainly training to gear up for the peak period which will be July and August when hours will increase to 36 hours per week. Initially a fully on-site based position which may offer some flexibility later in the contract for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration of customer master data e.g., creation of new shipping accounts and amendments to existing customer accounts for cereal seeds deliveries.

Data entry of standard cereal crop orders.

Telephone cover, expectation to take customer messages and pass onto appropriate team members.

General administrative assistance for UK customer services team as required and dependent on workload.

Skills/Experience Required:

Ideal candidate would be a good team player but also show initiative and be able to work independently.

Can pick up ad-hoc tasks on request and is computer literate.

Good communication skills and attention to detail essential.

Able to work under pressure.
