Retail Assistant

Job Title: Retail Assistant 
Salary: £25,000
Location: Letchworth 
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, occasional weekends & earlier starts in peak seasons 
 
Our well-established client who are in the retail industry are looking for an experienced retail assistant to join as an Area Support. You will be acting as a support to several branches in Hertfordshire where you will be responsible for stock takes, administration, training and other retails tasks as below.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Proven experience within retail
·Upbeat and professional
·Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced role
·Passion for delivering excellent customer service
·Knowledge of Microsoft software's (Word and Excel)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·Provide coverage to branches and stores
·Support in varied departments (warehouse, shop floor and customer service)
·Attend events and act as a lead when required
·Manage stock takes and checks
·Carry out planned training as requested
·Ensure training logs are up to date
·Maintain admin tasks
·Support implementation of planned changes
·Participate in retail meetings
