Technical Accounts Manager

Full-Time Permanent

Great opportunity for a Technical Accounts Manager. You will have experience of advising individuals and businesses. If you are studying for a qualification or newly qualified and are passionate about developing yourself, our client would also love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities as Technical Accounts Manager:

* Responding to queries raised by the franchisees on the Technical Helpdesk.

* Participate in relevant training for the network.

* Attend relationship building events with existing and potential franchisees.

* Participate in technical visits, currently remote.

Key Requirements:

* A professional practice background.

* An accountant or tax advisor with a formal qualification or qualified by experience.

* Good communication skills

* Customer service skills

* Knowledge of IT.
