I am recruiting for an Aftercare Manager for a very well established regional contractor on the North West to oversee the post construction services for various sites. They deliver projects from new build, refurb and fit out. Jobs can range in value from £50,000 - £(phone number removed) throughout the North West.

You will come from a trade background and have excellent knowledge of other trades such as plastering etc.

The Aftercare Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing aftercare services for completed projects. Managing and issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner. You will have strong problem solving skills and ensure complete client satisfaction. You will have excellent client relationship management skills and know how to act professionally.

My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path. They have a full order book for the next 18 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth and internal promotions.
