We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and manage their warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety. You will be responsible for managing the warehouse team, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager position:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and development.
Oversee the loading, unloading, sorting, and processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and promote a consistent and excellent level of customer service across the warehouse team.
Foster a strong work ethic within the team in a fast-paced, manual, and physical environment.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between warehouse operatives, co-workers, and management.
Ensure all warehouse operations comply with quality service standards and procedures.
Oversee the receipt, processing, picking, packing, labelling and storage of warehouse stock.

Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is essential.
Preferably holds a valid forklift truck license.
