Experienced Carpenters required to carrying out planned maintenance & repairs for North Tyneside based council.
My client are looking for a skilled and dedicated carpenter to join their dynamic team in a busy planned repairs service. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of carpentry and joinery repairs in void properties.

Responsibilities:
To perform various joinery repairs and installations in tenanted properties. This will include carrying out tasks such as door/window repairs, widnow fitting, skirting board installations, kitchen fittings, and general carpentry work.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
The Job:
Start date: ASAP
Location: North Tyneside
Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday (Overtime available)
Duration: Temporary Long Running
Pay rate: £17 - £17.50per hour (CIS or Umbrella)
Requirements:
City & Guilds or NVQ in Carpentry
3 years minimum Carpentry experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Own tools & transport
