Leap Environmental, part of the RSK Group are recruiting for a Administrator to be part of the team based in Crawley, UK

Key role and responsibilities for the Administrator

* Duties to include taking calls and messages and dealing with daily post

* Equipment record keeping

* Quality review and compilation of reports including PDF

* Promoting Health & Safety & maintaining PPE records

* Travel, accommodation, car hire and training course bookings

* Completing general administration tasks and supporting other administrators

Minimum requirements for the Administrator role;

* Previous office experience is preferred but not essential

* Willingness to learn

* Proficient with Microsoft packages

* Innovative, organised and versatile with a can-do attitude

* Excellent communicator and a team player

* Good written English and attention to detail

* Pleasant telephone manner

Salary & benefits for the Administrator Role;

* Up to £27,000 per annum
