Job Summary
Our client, is seeking an experienced leader to join their team. This individual will guide a group of designers and seamstresses to drive growth and deliver exceptional designs alongside high levels of customer service. They require a highly accomplished senior interior designer or design manager ready to elevate their career. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in team leadership, client interaction across varied market sectors, and the ability to bring innovation and experience to the established team and client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the current team, enhancing skills through coaching and mentorship. Shape the future of the business by making strategic hires and growing the client base.
* Client Interaction & Strategy: Work closely with multi-level clients across various sectors, understanding their needs and delivering tailored design packages. Assist in creating and developing business strategies.
* Business Growth: Manage full P&L responsibilities, participate in board meetings, and drive the business to meet and exceed objectives. Seek new opportunities and expand the client network.
* Design Excellence: Ensure high standards in interior and exterior design services, including show homes, marketing suites, bespoke client designs, and commercial spaces.
* Market Awareness : Stay updated with the latest market trends, perform competitor analysis, and innovate design offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
* Marketing : Promote the business via social media, website, and other marketing channels. Build marketing collateral to support client offerings.
