Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a North London based Housing Association with their recruitment of an interim Senior Complaints Lead.
The ideal candidate will have experience of reviewing Stage 1 and 2 complaints.
What will you do in the role?
* Leading in reviewing Stage 1 complaints that have turned into Stage 2
* Investigating Stage 2 complaints
* Fact finding on why complaints have escalated
* Liaising with the complaints team and the contractor
Who would excel in this role?
* Excellent knowledge of Stage 1 and 2 complaints
* Good written communicator
* Car driver
