Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their Deposits team.
In this role, you'll handle the day-to-day administration of the Bank's deposit base, including onboarding new customers and opening accounts, managing deposits and rollovers, providing bereavement services, and maintaining accurate records.
What you need:
* Experience of working for a financial service organisation
* Experience in account opening (SIPPS/SSAS, Charities, Business/SME, Trusts, Mandate Changes)
* Experience of handling high volume outbound calls
* Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
* Confidence handling administrative tasks
* Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week working at my clients state of the art offices located in Liverpool Street, London.
