Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of due diligence analysts, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
Oversee the execution of due diligence activities, including risk assessments, data analysis, and document review, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of due diligence operations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as a subject matter expert on due diligence processes and procedures, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
