Requirement for; Band 6 Pharmacist

- Start date ASAP

- End date: 6 months (likely to be extended/ongoing, service dependent)

Skills/Experience required:

- General dispensary experience essential

- Ophthalmology experience desirable but not essential

- CMM or JAC experience desirable but not essential

Details:

- Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm – 1 hour for lunch
