Account Manager

Lifecycle Management Group are looking for a confident with a customer-focused mindset and a background in sales to join their fast-paced team. The successful candidate will need to have proven experience establishing strong relationships and excellent customer service through collaboration with suppliers and customers.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing their team and coordinating resources to ensure a high quality service is delivered to all accounts within a portfolio, maximising income and growth opportunities.

Key duties -
Manage and drive the sales process within each account to maximise the additional opportunities to support the financial targets of the business
Provide customers with a full service throughout their entire journey, implementing and delivering a full account and projected managed delivery experience
Take responsibility for coordinating and managing the implementation of any new accounts assigned
Ensure all customer sales enquiries, compliant handling and account management is in line with agreed SLA’s
Identify, prepare and submit tender responses to identify sales opportunities to broaden scope of services delivered
What we need from you -
Experience of driving growth through sales and delivery of set KPI’s
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a particularly strong telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure, resolving issues in a timely manner and prioritising workload to meet targets set
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid working relationships
