We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Customer Service Advisor for our fast-growing manufacturing client based in Ripley, who offer sustainability and opportunities to develop within the company.

The main purpose of the role is to be the escalation for completing technical support duties and be the first point of contact for responding to any breakdowns and emergency calls from clients/customers.

As part of Technical Customer Service Advisor role, you’ll require:

Proven experience providing excellent customer service and administration, ideally within the manufacturing sector
Have a good understanding of technical information and the ability to retain information
Proven experience of being able to resolve issues
Competent with the use of MS Office applications
Hold excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Have the ability to work under pressure whilst prioritising workloads
Within the role you’ll also be:

Coordinating all incoming queries and emergencies for service repairs
Processing repairs and call outs and tracking the progress whilst ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times
Handling incoming calls and emails and liaising with customers in a timely and professional manner
Rebooking any missed repair and preventative maintenance visits and escalating issues that can't be resolved through normal channels
Opening and closing of jobs using CRM system
Reviewing the daily worksheets and ensuring that customers are informed of any updates
Handling of day-to-day administration duties for the service and management team

Salary & Working Hours

£23,000 - £24,500 per annum, dependant on experience
Permanent
Monday to Friday working shifts between 8am and 6pm
