We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our client based in Melksham.
* Responsible for helping to lead the restaurant team, delivering excellence for guests and running an immaculate and profitable operation.
* The role will also cover Duty Manager in charge of the hotel at times.
* Must have a very hands on style, leading from the front.
* Involves working weekends, some early but mainly late shifts.
* A minimum of 1 year in F&B Management / Supervisory roles essential.
* Accommodation for up to 4 weeks can be provided on site if a relocation is required.
