Job title: Project Manager

Thorn Baker are working with a popular build and property management contractor who are looking for a Project Manager in Plymouth on a freelance basis. Primarily they deal with the construction of University accommodation blocks. The ideal candidate is a strong Project Manager who has some experience with contracts management, working on similar projects.

What we are looking for:

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid 
Project Management experience
Contracts Manager experience
