We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cleaning Team Leader to join a superstore in Central Birmingham. The successful candidate will be flexible to work shifts across a 7 day week, maintain high standards of cleanliness and have proven experience cleaning and leading a team.
Key responsibilities:
Overseeing a team of around 10 people
Organising shift patterns to meet business requirements
Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
Cleaning and maintaining the premises to a high standard
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required
Attention to detailRequirements:
Good communications skills
Team leading experience
Great organisational skills
Initiative due to having to make decisions and lead a team.

Hours of work for the Cleaning Team Leader are varied between Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 16:00pm however there is the opportunity of flexible working.
The rate of pay for the successful Cleaning Team leader is £12.99 per hour.
