Reporting to the Finance Director, this great all-around Finance Assistant role will be working in a small and friendly team. They are seeking someone who can work independently and with be responsible for the day-to-day transactional accounts, payroll, and some reporting and HR functions as well.
Job Description for the Finance Assistant role:
Processing of Purchase Ledger
Processing Sales Ledger
Updating Job costings
Assisting with Cash flow
Bank reconciliations
Processing VAT Returns
Processing CIS returns
Weekly and monthly payroll For the Finance Assistant role, it would be good to see candidates with:
AAT level 3 or above qualification
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
A detail-conscious and highly organised person
Strong IT skills
Someone who can work independently and within a team using their initiative Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 per annum
