Management Accountant
We are recruiting for fast growing international businesses who are experiencing rapid growth.  The role of Group Management Accountant will be responsible for Group finance and accounting activities.  Providing cost control, analysis and transparency through management reporting.  Generating insightful financial reports for the management team whilst ensuring debt is chased, staff and suppliers are paid, and the business keeps costs to a minimum. 
Duties

Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts.

Consolidations of Group companies – UK, USA, FRA, GER

Liaise with Professional advisers in USA, FRA, GER to ensure local statutory reporting  and tax compliance   

Finance Project Lead on ERP Systems change from Quick books, Sage, Xero, to new Group-wide system, Epicor in USA, FRA and GER entities

Business planning and budgeting, assisting in maximising profits by controlling costs and maximising margins.

Manage Group cashflow and forecasting.

Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities and check for discrepancies.

Close down month-end and year-end trading activities, balancing ledgers, production of annual statutory accounts with auditors.

Statutory reporting alongside external advisors, preparation of information for annual accounts and audit files for overseas entities

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years’ demonstrable experience in both finance and management.

Ideally having a relevant degree in maths, economics or business, as well as completing an accountancy qualification in either ACCA, CIMA or ACA.

Experience working in either manufacturing or production is desirable.

Strong commercial awareness with proven experience of group accounting and overseas subsidiaries.

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships quickly and partner with commercial and operational stakeholders.

Office, including advanced Excel skills. BI / FP&A dashboard development experience  would be  advantageous
