Café Supervisor (Parttime)

My client is a community café based in Stoke-on-Trent, looking for a talented passionate individual to join their team as their Café supervisor.

You will be part of a team that ensures the Café provides good quality food on a daily basis consistently meeting customer requirements.

The duties and responsibilities of the Café Supervisor will be

Support and deputise for the manager
Ensuring that the café is adequately staffed by effective rota management  
Key holder responsibilities including opening and closing the café
Operating the till including cash handling and card payments
Maintaining and monitoring inventories 
Front of house duties
 Ensure that high standards are maintained in health and safety, food hygiene and preparation, and dealing with customer feedback appropriately.
The ideal Café Supervisor will:

Have experience in a front of house supervisory role
Have experience working in a café setting
Have good leadership skills
Be organised, hardworking and have a real passion for hospitality
Job-type: Permanent, Parttime

Schedule: 22.5 hours per week, shifts between 8am-6pm

Salary (ProRata):£15,000per annum
