Are you looking for a work supporting SEN Primary School pupils?
TeacherActive are looking for a Special Need Teaching Assistant in Harrogate to have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools. The position available is to work as a supply member of staff covering on a long term basis, working across all key stages supporting children with SEND and SEMH needs.
This role is for someone with a nurturing and calming manner, who can keep these pupils focused and influence them to engage with positive behaviours. The school need someone to come in and create a safe and trusting relationship, allowing all pupils to progress in their learning and development.
The position is on a long-term basis, 5 days a week, 8.45- 3.30pm.
