The Construction Project Manager Role

In the role of Construction Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a pivotal position that demands a proactive and client-focused approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working closely with clients to promote transparency and facilitate rapid decision-making, which is crucial for the successful completion of projects.

Be a member of, or working towards membership of, the RICS, CIOB, or APM, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and adherence to industry standards.
Have extensive experience in a comparable role within a construction consultancy, showcasing a track record of success in project management.
Possess experience with either or both JCT and NEC contracts, highlighting a thorough understanding of contractual obligations and project delivery mechanisms.
Be confident in bringing on new clients, projects, and creative ideas, contributing to the growth and innovation of the consultancy.
Be articulate, client-facing, and commercially aware, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
