An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to join a top UK food manufacturer who manufacture products for some of the biggest companies in the industry. They are looking for someone that can identify and streamline company procedures in order for the business to operate more efficiently and profitably.

As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing performance and efficiency across our client's manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

*Leading performance-driven initiatives to drive out waste and inefficiency, utilising the site's digital systems and proven improvement methodology.
*Managing and controlling process lines efficiently, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and flexibility to meet production demands.
*Maintaining accurate administrative records and ensuring effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place and adhered to.
*Leading and mentoring shift Process Operators, fostering a culture of purposefulness, motivation, and continuous improvement.
*Identifying areas for improvement through data-driven analysis, implementing permanent solutions and validating efficiency gains.
*Developing and maintaining the layout of production lines, ensuring safety and productivity through Lean Manufacturing principles.
*Building strong relationships and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, including engineering and technical teams, to ensure best practice implementation.

Key Skills:

*Extensive manufacturing experience with a strong background in continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Kaizen.
*In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes in highly automated environments, preferably within FMCG industries
*Demonstrates resilience, positivity and a can-do attitude, with excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
*Expertise in data analysis and a proven track record of successful team leadership.
