Hospital Accreditation Marketing Coordinator

Aufgaben
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Produce high-quality content, such as eblasts, articles, press releases, newsletters, advertisements, interviews, social media updates and other promotional material.
    • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing materials.
    • Creating graphics in Canva according to our corporate manual
    • Help put together marketing and promotional packages for hospitals
    • Prepare presentations and slides for scientific sessions and other meetings
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive and active online community.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Plan, coordinate, and promote IASIOS's participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Manage event logistics, including booth setup, marketing collateral, and post-event followup.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
    • Stay up to date on IASIOS publications in other media and update website
    • Analyze website traffic, social media engagement and analytics and campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
    • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote IASIOS's accreditation program.
    • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the IASIOS team, including the Accreditation, Operations, and Sales departments, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
    • Liaise with hospitals and members to maximize marketing efforts.

Profil
  • Background:
    • Relevant educational background or work experience
    • High interest in the medical field, scientific/medical congresses
  • Communication:
    • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher), other languages are a bonus!
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and clarity in correspondence
  • Skills:
    • Technological proficiency using Microsoft Office and project management tools.
    • Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy in work
    • Displays a strong focus on customer satisfaction and collaborates effectively within a team environment
    • Adaptable to changing priorities and workload. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges
    • Self-directed and proactive, demonstrates initiative in identifying and completing tasks autonomously and within deadlines
