CHARTERED MRICS ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - SAUDI ARABIA
We are seeking to recruit an MRICS Associate Director Cost Consultancy or Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for a permanent vacancy in the Middle East with a world-class Construction Consultancy for their offices in Riyadh.
NO PREVIOUS MIDDLE EAST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are seeking Buildings experience for this position rather than Infrastructure, so you will have a mix of Hotels, Leisure, Commercial Mixed Use and Residential type projects

REQUIREMENTS
Above all this position specifically requires an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, so you must have MRICS or FRICS Quantity Surveying route
* Experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy in an Associate Director position. The role will be based in (KSA) Riyadh Saudi Arabia in the Middle East.
* Chartered status, MRICS Chartered Status. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Quantity Surveying.
* A degree qualification in a Construction related subject such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management.
* 15-20 Years of post degree experience is required for this senior level role.
* Our client will consider candidates with slightly less than 15 years but you must meet all the other requirements.
* We are specifically seeking experience in Buildings Projects, Mixed Use, Leisure, Commercial, Hotels, Villas, Sports Venues, Entertainment venues etc.
* In addition, you will have very strong Pre Contract Cost Estimating and Cost Planning Experience. Ideally we are seeking someone with both Pre and Post contract experience, but candidates MUST have pre-contract.
SALARY & BENEFITS
An excellent total package salary is available for this Associate Director Cost Saudi Arabia Middle East job vacancy. This is a permanent position 5 day week 48 hours ( 48 hours is a normal working week in Saudi Arabia)
The TOTAL PACKAGE salary banding for our client is 55-65,000SAR per month
Total package means: Salary, Accommodation and Transport Allowance .Our client can be slightly negotiable for the right person.
* In addition to the TOTAL PACKAGE Medical cover is provided as per the law to all candidates moving to the middle east.
* A yearly Bonus as per Saudi Law
* Mobilisation and demobilisation flights.
