Learning and Development Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will support the Learning and Development (L&D) team in the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development initiatives.
What you're responsible for: 
Assisting in the development and implementation of learning and development programs, including orientation sessions, training workshops, and leadership development programs.
Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room bookings, materials preparation, and participant registration throughout the US 
Serving as a primary point of contact for training inquiries and provide information and assistance to employees regarding available learning opportunities. 
Coordinating and accessing employee eligibility for the TAP.  
Connecting with universities, colleges and other institutions 
Assisting in the creation and distribution of training materials, presentations, and resources for both in-person and online learning formats 
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to develop and deliver training content and programs. 
Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to continually improve program effectiveness
