Script Applications Coordinator

Job Description
The Script Applications Coordinator is responsible for the breakdown of scripts into the script applications system (Accion) to create a database that provides the necessary information and updated statistics for the preparation of the Daily Production Plans and weekly goals.
Job Duties:
Reads and analyzes the script(s) in an effort to breakdown the story and identify scene by scene the characters, locations, day of the story, interiors/exteriors, props, etc.
Inputs all information obtained from the script into the script application system, Accion, and makes the necessary modifications and changes to ensure continuity in the story.
Creates summary content reports of each chapter of the project for the Executive Producer and the Sales Department.
Provides the producers with all necessary reports for production meetings such as chapter status, minutes produced, scripts received, etc.
Responsible for photocopying final scripts and Daily Production Plans for all departments as well as for the talent.
Works under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Ensures  that all work is done under the technical guidelines and operations procedures of Telemundo Studios’ infrastructure and adheres to EHS/OSHA regulations and procedures.
Follows policies, applicable laws, and regulations to protect his/her own health and safety as well as that of other workers, the public, and the environment.
Presents ideas that support EHS goals and policies to your business or EHS leader.
Raises concerns about possible violations of EHS policies to your manager, business and EHS Leader.
