Client Service Representative

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation by ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities:
Address client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed and accurate information about our products and services to clients.
Resolve client issues effectively, aiming to provide solutions on the first contact.
Process client orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Maintain and update client records with accurate information.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex client issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance client service skills and knowledge.
Collect client feedback and relay it to relevant departments to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a client service or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
