Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members or supervisors.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
