Analyze MRP output and determine order quantities
Develop forecast to serve as master schedule for Material Requirements Planning system
Assure proper handling, identification and disposition of all items received at the warehouse
Create blanket releases and release materials with suppliers
Create material requisitions to Q.V.E. purchasing to re-order non-blanketed items
Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements
Review open purchase orders and assist in making sure the plant receives the materials in proper time frame.
Assist Account payable with making sure orders are received in a proper time frame and paid.
