💰 £22,000 – £25,000 base + realistic OTE £35k–£50k Year 1

At Local Education, we’re growing rapidly and on the lookout for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. Specialising in the education sector, we supply schools across Essex and East London with teaching and support staff – and we’re expanding.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

This is not just a resourcing role – it's a business development-heavy position where you’ll take ownership of building your own client base from day one.

✔️ Generating new business through cold calls, emails & marketing
✔️ Building strong relationships with schools across your patch
✔️ Interviewing and onboarding new teaching & support candidates
✔️ Matching the right staff to the right school
✔️ Managing vacancies, bookings and placements
✔️ Hitting weekly KPIs and revenue targets
✔️ Working closely with a supportive team who will train and back you
