Our client is a Financial Services business based in Mansfield that is easily accessible by public transport. Due to growth, our client is now looking for a new Customer Advisor to join their team.
This is a customer facing role, so could potentially suit someone from a retail background who is looking to progress in a new career!
Financial Services experience isn’t essential, as on starting with the business you will be enrolled into a 12 week training program.
As a Customer Advisor, a typical day will include:-
* Assisting members of the public and customers who come into the branch
* Advising on a range of products and services
* Handling enquiries in a professional and prompt manner
* Ensuring the branch has the correct marketing information displayed for customers
* Taking phone calls and diarising appointments
* Processing administration
To apply for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:-
* Great customer service skills
* Excellent time management
* Attention to detail
The hours of work are Monday-Friday,8.45am-4.45pm with Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Saturday mornings are paid as overtime and you’ll be expected to work at least 2 Saturday mornings a month.
