We are actively looking for a Compliance Officer to join a local authority in the Nottinghamshire area on a temporary basis. In return you will receive a 3 month contract, hybrid working, flexible working hours, the opportunity to be extended, the opportunity to be made permanent.
As the Compliance Officer you will be:
Overseeing the big 6 of compliance
Responsible for supporting with the monthly and weekly inspections of the properties and communal areas
Ensure that all the service and inspection programmes are met in line with statutory compliance regulations
Qualifications / Experience:
Experience working with the big 6 of compliance
Social housing / local authority experience
Previous experience managing the remedial actions off the back of the fire and asbestos surveys
Excel / Word competent
As the Compliance Officer, you will receive:
£260 - £280 per day
Hybrid working
Flexible working hours

The opportunity to be made permanent
