Recruitment Solutions have been working in partnership with a market leading distribution business for a number of years. Due to huge growth (30% in the last year!) we are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the team on a PERMANENT basis.
As part of this role, you would be able to work from home 3 days a week once training has been completed (approx 12 weeks).
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer emails and phone calls.
* Resolving any issues with deliveries or products
* Answering any general enquiries in regards to the services on offer
* Data processing and inputting onto a bespoke CRM system
* Preparing and processing orders
* Liaising with different departments to ensure a smooth service
Candidate Expectations:
* Friendly, bubbly, confident personality.
* Experience in customer service is advantageous, but not essential
* Ablility to resolve issues in a calm & professional manner whilst remaining empathetic
* Strong computer skills (MS Outlook / Excel)
Working Days, Hours & Salay:
* Monday - Friday
* 9am - 5pm (approx) - some flexibility can be offered
* £23,500 p/annum (+ performance bonuses, allowing up to £26,500)
* 5% annual christmas bonus (profit dependant)
* 2 days working in the office, 3 days working from home (once training completed)
