Spinwell is recruiting for a Public Access Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PUBLIC ACCESS OFFICER

This role is to support the Public Access function, enabling the force(s) to respond appropriately to requests for information & advice, ensuring that the Chief Constable's statutory obligations are effectively and lawfully discharged

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PUBLIC ACCESS OFFICER

* Good problem solving abilities and customer service skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.

* Highly effective communication skills.

* Proven understanding of Information Management principles and relevant legislation(Data Protection Act, MOPI and Freedom of Information Act)
