WORKS SCHEDULER
Pertemps Crawley are working alongside an established, successful installation and maintenance company based in Horsham, looking for a proactive, dynamic and detail-oriented Works Scheduler to join their high-energy team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organisation and problem-solving, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
Plan and schedule all planned and reactive works requests
Assess and ensure resources are efficiently allocated
Keep track of maintenance activities using our advanced CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and provide insightful reports to management
Liaise closely with internal teams for updates and site access
Continuously seek ways to improve maintenance scheduling processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operationsWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a scheduling role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to anticipate and solve issues proactively
Proficiency in CRM systemsWhat's in it for you?
Salary of £26,000
Working hours of 8.30am - 5pm
20 Days holiday (Increasing every year of service up to a maximum of 25)
