Do you have a knack for relationship-building and a keen interest in the education sector?
Join this IT company as the Account Manager, where you will be at the forefront of maintaining and building relationships with their valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to retain and renew management information system support contracts while promoting an extensive range of products and services across the Transforming Learning Group. The role may also evolve into new business around a new service offering of Virtual Data Management.
Is this you?...
Ideally you will have 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the education sector. You should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Flexibility and a willingness to travel nationwide for a minimum of six in-person meetings and eight Teams calls per week are essential.
The Role
This home-based role involves regular travel, including overnight stays. You'll be responsible for contacting existing customers, managing your diary, passing on sales leads, and acting as an escalation point for customer complaints. You'll also need to keep up to date with market trends, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure systems like Halo CRM are maintained.
Important Stuff
Hours: Offered as a full-time role (with consideration for term-time flexibility)
Salary of £30-£32k +up to £5,000 in bonuses.
