I’m looking for a motivated person with the ability to work independently and within a team. Hold excellent communication skills providing support and professional advice to ensure successful delivery of a project.

General requirements:

- Good working experience as a Quantity Surveyor and strong understanding of the construction industry.
- Fully excel on all MS office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Must hold a valid drivers license.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Great attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Core Skills:

- Providing prices for tendering for materials, plant and subbies included in the project plans and drawings.
- Identifying potential suppliers and new products.
- Liaising closely with the commercial team ensuring accurate project costs.
- Making sure you are complying with all H&S regulations.
- Attending monthly meetings and reports.
- Client facing and able to represent your company in a good manner.
