Paramount Personnel is recruiting for a Hotel in Moretonhampstead.
The successful Chef de Partie will join a team of experienced chefs and will be looking to develop and perfect your culinary skills.
The Chef de Partie responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty.
* Managing and training any Demis or Commis working with you.
* Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus.
* Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
* Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
They are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic personable professional for an immediate start. You must have a proven background in a professional kitchen and will be looking to step into the management of your very own section.
