Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre Environment dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of enquiries ensuring the best level of customer service at all times.
You will also be corresponding with customers over webchat and email and working closely with other members of the team to come to a resolution.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as hospitality and retail
Extremely customer centric
