The Client
Our client an award-winning boutique insurance broker with a focus on approaching things with an innovative perspective. They are looking to add a Sales Support Executive to their team.
As a Sales Support Executive you will:
* Act as a primary contact for Business Development Managers, providing timely updates, handling enquiries, obtaining quotes, and resolving issues
* Support the department with any administrative requests
* Maintain CRM by inputting new leads and assisting Business Development Managers with reports
* Produce new market presentations and attend meetings where these presentations are delivered in a support capacity.
* Engage in inbound and outbound calls, conducting competitor and network analysis
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions
The Person
* Previous experience in sales, sales support or customer service
* A desire to progress your career and become a Business Development Manager Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
