Your new role
* This is a mobile position covering domestic sites across Oldham.
* Working Mon – Fri.
* In your new role as a Mobile Plumbing Engineer, you will undertake inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations including Pipework inspections, adaptions and repairs including associated equipment (pumps / expansion vessels / PRV's / TMV's etc.), drainage inspections and sanitation repairs or replacement
* Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, using hand and power tools.
* Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
What you'll need to succeed
* Hold City & Guilds - Plumbing qualification.
* Apprenticeship is desireable.
* Previous experience in a FM role is beneficial.
