Sales Administrator required to join our hardworking team based in Hamilton. The Sales Administrator will be highly organised, able to handle high volume of outbound calls and emails and exceed company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent and effective communication.
Oversee the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience.
Professionally qualify candidates to meet client requirements.
Write compelling job advertisements and manage candidate responses efficiently.
Ensure adherence to internal processes and maintain up-to-date system records.
Actively source candidates using job boards for live roles.
